Should laws be flexible to take account of circumstances?

The constitution has provided us with the three stout conglomerates - the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. The effective governance of these bodies are the rudimentry ingredients for a nation to grow and flourish. The judiciary is inevitably the closest to the yeoman. The laws imposed by the judiciary are indeed socialist and irrespective of any regional, communal, cultural or economic bias. But should the laws be flexible to take account of various circumstances, times and place? A flexible law structure would ensure that there is little or very less injustince being done to the victim who would have been a scapegoat of malacious circumstances. It would take into consideration a deluge of factors before arriving to a conclusion. Notwitstanding the accused might get a reprieve and all charges enthrusted upon him might get rejected. NRN As President Would be a shame. The statement itself is Shameful!

I completely disapprove to the malign comments fired upon NRN as we fondly call him. He has been the torch bearer for the Indian software industry. The growth and progress that we relish today is through a huge contribution from this magnanimous gentleman. The sheds as he calls the government schools today are indeed a bitter truth prevalent in the Indian society. He himself might have passed out from a government school but that does not mean that he should relish his days of yore. He himself has experienced numerous difficulties in life. The comments made by him just reflect the shoddy education system for the pauper and altogether his deep concern. His unflagging attitude gives him the position where he is today. Quite few of you allover the country know the charities sponsored by NRN and Infosys. His unostentatious magnanimity speaks loudly for himself. All human beings are fallible. One innocuous comment cannot elude the love and respect that we all Infoscions have for NRN. Hereto...
